Does Microsoft back up our Microsoft 365 data?
No — and most organizations don't know this. Microsoft's terms state that data backup is your responsibility. If an email is permanently deleted or an account is wiped, Microsoft cannot recover it. ACCURIT backs up your email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Google Workspace daily with point-in-time restore. It's included in every plan at no extra charge.
What happens if we get hit by ransomware?
Our goal is to stop ransomware before it ever executes — before any files are touched. Our AI-driven endpoint protection detects and blocks the vast majority of attacks automatically at the point of entry. No system can guarantee 100% prevention, but our stack is designed to catch threats early and contain them fast, with minimal disruption to your team.
Will ACCURIT restrict what our employees can do?
No. We monitor behavior and protect against threats without blocking what your team can install or access. Your employees stay productive and free to do their jobs. Protected, not restricted — that's the whole point.
Do we need to sign a long-term contract?
We offer both month-to-month and longer-term agreements — whatever works best for your organization. We'd rather earn your business than lock you in.
Do we need an in-house IT person to work with ACCURIT?
Not at all. Most of our clients rely entirely on us as their IT department — without the salary, benefits, or turnover risk. If you do have internal IT staff, we work alongside them to fill gaps and handle security.
What if we need onsite help or project work?
Day-to-day remote help is included with your plan — no extra charge. For onsite visits, we charge $250 for up to 2 hours or $450 for a half day, travel included. Larger projects get quoted before we start. You always know the cost before anyone shows up.
